Our catalogue combines products available from local UAE inventory with products supplied through international warehouses and suppliers.

2. Products

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations or product batches.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Official or officially licensed products may therefore be priced differently from independent football-inspired products.
The price displayed at checkout at the time your order is submitted is the applicable product price, subject to correction of obvious errors.
5. Obvious Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, administrative or data-entry error.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil because of an obvious pricing error, the affected amount will be refunded.
6. Orders

8. Shipping & Delivery
FootballShirts.ae uses both local UAE inventory and international warehouses.
As a result, delivery times vary between products.

Other products supplied through international warehouses generally have an estimated delivery time of approximately:

9. Multiple Shipments
Products purchased in the same order may be stocked in different warehouses.
An order containing multiple products may therefore arrive in separate packages and on different days.
For example, one product may qualify for same-day Dubai delivery while another product in the same order may require international delivery.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the remaining products in an order are missing.
10. Delivery Estimates
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances including courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Sizes
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information provided for each product before purchasing.

A size labelled "Large" by one supplier may not have exactly the same measurements as a Large from another supplier.
